SONJA SPISSKA ENEBJÖRN |Singer/Songwriter and Circus artist|

early life

I grew up in Sweden, in a city called Malmoe. With classical violin I started my musical journey, but I soon felt that violin wasn’t my thing. My songwriting began as early as five years old, when i was composing small pieces playing by myself and with friends. At ten years old I got in to a music school and found my true calling as a performer. With that I adopted vocals as my main instrument, since it meant standing at the very front of the stage. Alongside my music I was developing my circus acts. First as a clown, but as a teenager I started to (quite literally) fly towards aerial disciplins, with trapeze and rope becoming my main disciplins. Around the same time my songwriting took off and I started to develop tools for my lyric writing. I used to sit in front of the TV watching shows in English, writing down anything that stood out, anything that peaked my interest, and later I would put my lyric fragments together to create songs.
